Notice no: 01/2023-24 | Class : Nursery to VIII

Dear parents,

Kindly go through the following points:

• For the new Session (2023-24) the school will reopen on 3rd April’2023.
• For all boys black shoes with lace and white socks to be bought from
• For all girls ballerina black shoes and white socks to be bought from outside (from class – II onwards bloomers (black/blue) is compulsory for
• Bags – black coloured school bag with school logo stitched (mandatory) from Nursery to class
• On 3^rd April and 4^th April’2023,_the school timing will be as follows. Nursery and class -K.G ( 8.30am to 10.45am)

Class –I ( 8:30 to 10:50 am) Class – II (8:30am to 10:55 am)

Class – III-V(8:30am to 11:00 am) Class VI-VIII(8:30am to 11:15 am).

From 5^th April, 2023 normal school timing(8:30am to 3:00pm) has to be followed.

• The students should bring a rough copy,water bottle and short tiffin on 3rd and 4^th April’23.
• From 5^th April’23 the students have to bring the books and copies as per the provisional timetable which will be uploaded in Google Classroom and Whatsapp broadcast group and this timetable has to be followed till 13^th April’2023.
• In reference to our previous year’s experience we have seen that many of our students are carrying books and copies that are not mentioned in the timetable. In this regard keeping in mind the convenience of the students we request our students to bring exactly those books and copies which are mentioned in the particular day’s
