School reopen New session 2024-25

Dear Parents,
We are glad to inform you that our new session 2024-25 will commence on and from 4th April, 2024
(Thursday) in the new campus of TIGPS, Mankundu , Altara , Panpara. So in this regard kindly go through
the following guidelines :-
* All official proceedings related to enquiry, pending annual fees payment, new admission, distribution
of books, copies and stationeries, form selling, taking appointment for meeting with Principal,
Coordinator and teachers, different counters and other official enquiries will take place in the new
campus of TIGPS, Mankundu, Altara, Panpara on and from 2nd April, 24 onwards.
* On 4th & 5th April, 2024 students' arrival & dispersal timing is as follows:-
Arrival time – Sharp at 8: 50 am.
Dispersal time – Balvatika 1, Balvatika 2, Balvatika 3, Class 1 & Class 2 – 11:30 a.m.
Std III to Std VIII – 12:25 p.m.
* For Balvatika 1, Balvatika 2 & Balvatika 3 students, parents are requested to send properly
labelled(name and class written) books along with the stationeries on 5th April, 24 (Friday) which will
be kept in the school for regular academic activities to be carried on smoothly.
* School bus & all pool cars will pick & drop the students from the backside gate of the school. The
students who will be dropped & picked up by the parents and the students who will be coming by their
own bicycle will enter & exit from the front gate of the school.
* Parents are requested not to park or halt any vehicle in front of the school gate to avoid any sort of
chaos or commotion and to ensure the safety of the students as it is a busy road connecting to Delhi
road.
* On 4th April and 5th April,2024 students of Balvatika 1, Balvatika 2 & Balvatika 3 and std I & std II will
only bring water bottle and handkerchief.
Students of std III to Std VIII will bring water bottle ,short tiffin and properly covered & labelled
rough copy.
