TIMPL | Scents of soccer

To break the monotony of scheduled lives of the students, and enhance their sportive spirits, an inter-house football tournament was organized in TIGPS Mankundu Campus. The final tournament was succeeded by a number of league matches played throughout the previous week. While the zealous players were busy strategizing and playing on the field to secure a ‘goal’ for their respective teams, there were enthusiastic cheer leaders uplifting the spirits of the players tackling the ball on the ground.

The final match, held on 6th September 2022, was full of vigour and thrill. Students representing their own houses were the cheerful spectators. The final match was played between Blue House and Orange House, in which the former became victorious. The Orange House and the Red House subsequently became the first and the second runners up. After the completion of the final match, a friendly match was played between the Teachers and the Staff of the institution, that was applauded by one and all. During the prize distribution ceremony, Principal Maam of TIGPS, Mankundu appreciated the sportive and competitive spirits of the participants.
